Inspire the Keiki Foundation is dedicated to empowering the next generation of Hawai‘i’s girls to become confident, capable leaders—rooted in local values and prepared to shape a better world.

Through enrichment programs, mentorship, and real-world learning opportunities, the Foundation supports young women in developing the skills, mindset, and vision to thrive. Our workshops and field experiences focus on leadership, life skills, and personal growth—covering topics such as financial literacy, college and career readiness, digital citizenship, self-awareness, and community impact.

By connecting Hawai‘i’s youth to inspiring role models, diverse industries, and meaningful experiences, we aim to expand their sense of what’s possible—and ensure they see themselves as part of Hawai‘i’s future, and the world’s.

We’re now accepting applications for the 2025 Mana Wahine Cohort — a select group of driven, curious, and community-minded high school girls from across OÊ»ahu who are ready to step into their power.
As part of this inspiring new program from Inspire the Keiki Foundation, you’ll connect with other motivated girls, meet amazing women leaders, and explore careers in fields like healthcare, law, STEM, business, and more — all while gaining tools to build confidence and shape your future.

Eligibility Requirements
To apply for the Mana Wahine 2025 Cohort, you must:

Be a female student currently in the Class of 2026, 2027, or 2028

Plans to pursue college, trade school, or other post-secondary education after high school

Able to arrange own transportation to and from all events
